As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and identifying new opportunities for Deso, Atlas & Titan products. You will also support key business areas such as eCom, Telemetry, AdBlue, Chemicals, and Agricultural products. This is a senior role, where you'll collaborate with multiple departments, contribute to strategic decisions, and have the autonomy to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Sales & Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive revenue and margin growth, and execute business strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with merchants, fuel oil distributors, and key influencers.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and maintain a national installer database and explore new routes to market.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance NPS scores and ensure high service standards.
  • Presentations & Events: Prepare performance reports, attend trade shows, networking events, and CPDs.
  • Marketing Support: Ensure sales teams have the right collateral, including literature and value propositions.
  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold integrity, professionalism, and high standards in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Support the sales team with site visits and other reasonable management requests.
