Business Development Manager | Cartons | UK – North West/Midlands based | Up to £50k – £60k + car allowance + bonus

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Seeking out and capitalising on new business opportunities in the food sector
  2. Developing and executing strategic growth plans to drive sales and revenue targets
  3. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  4. Conducting market analysis to track trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies
  5. Creating and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and sales agreements

Key attributes required:

  1. At least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the packaging industry, ideally within cartons or corrugated
  2. A proven history of meeting sales targets and driving business expansion
  3. Deep knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and market trends
  4. Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
  5. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a willingness to travel to visit clients as required
