A leading mutual building society is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and manage mortgage intermediary relationships across the UK. The role requires expertise in the mortgage market with a strong existing network of brokers. You will develop relations to meet business targets and ensure presence at key events while driving new business. Attractive salary of up to £50k plus benefits, including a car allowance and bonus.
Business Development Manager – UK wide / remote
£50k + car (£4,800) + bonus / benefits
Our client is a customer focused Mutual Building Society recruiting for a standalone Business Development Manager (BDM) to build and manage mortgage intermediary relationships, driving new business with key Brokers, Networks and Clubs. You will cover the whole of the UK and will have experience of managing niche / complex lending cases with an existing network of mortgage brokers, networks and clubs. This is a sales focused role, building long term partnerships and working to targets with occasional travel to Head Office (circa twice a month). Central location is preferred but not essential.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced relationship builder in the niche mortgage sector who would thrive in a standalone BDM role for a customer focused Building Society.
