An exciting opportunity to join a growing premium print and packaging business working with globally recognised brands.

A long-established and respected name in the print and signage sector has recently expanded into the high-end, design-led market and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth. To support this expansion, the business is seeking an experienced and imaginative Business Development Manager to help drive new opportunities and build lasting partnerships with premium clients.

This role is perfect for a commercially driven professional with a creative mindset-someone who can confidently pitch tailored solutions to clients in the luxury and high-profile space.

The Role

The Business Development Manager will:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across Dorset, Hampshire, and the South West
  • Create innovative proposals that meet the specific needs of high-end and creative clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with premium brands and agencies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing account growth
  • Contribute to shaping and developing a growing premium service offering
  • Demonstrable success in business development or sales
    (Ideally within print, packaging, creative services, or luxury brands)
  • Experience working with high-end clients or in premium sectors
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A creative thinker with the ability to propose bespoke, value-added solutions
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Based within a commutable distance to Verwood (BH31 6BE)
    (Hybrid working considered for candidates with strong print sector experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

The Package

  • £40,000-£50,000 base salary with on-target earnings of up to £70,000
  • Laptop, mobile phone, and mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile
    (Business vehicle to be introduced)
