Your Role: Lead the Charge in Expanding Our Market Reach
As our Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in owning and expanding our client portfolio across various industries. In this pivotal role, you’ll fuel _nology’s growth by building deep relationships, spotting new opportunities, and connecting organisations with our talented consultants.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet annual sales targets and expand our client portfolio across industries.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Drive lead generation, managing a pipeline of potential clients, and identifying key decision-makers in target organisations.
• Consultative Sales Leadership: Guide clients through every stage of the sales cycle, offering insights on the best solutions for their needs and positioning _nology as their trusted talent partner.
• Market Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful campaigns, highlighting _nology’s unique value and purpose-driven mission.
• Client Partnerships: Work closely with recruitment to ensure we meet demand with supply, proactively supporting the onboarding of new clients and engaging them in our ongoing transformation.
• Industry Advocacy: Represent _nology at key industry events, amplifying our brand and vision. Host and promote events that add value to our partners and prospects.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, feedback, and development within the business to keep pushing boundaries and driving growth.
Requirements
