Job description

Business Development Manager required within healthcare business. This is a new opportunity within the business, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role is home-based and aims to develop new business while managing some existing clients.

The focus will be on securing new clients across various channels. Responsibilities include arranging customer meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and driving the acquisition of new client accounts. You will create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities, manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with potential clients and stay up to date with market trends is also essential. Collaborating with marketing colleagues to build and deliver strategic campaigns that generate leads is part of the role.

The successful candidate will have proven B2B business development experience, including account development, new business hunting, and cross-selling, ideally with major retail experience.

Salary is negotiable, plus benefits, a company bonus, and a car allowance.
