Are you a Business Development Manager looking for your next role?

If so, KPI Recruiting has the perfect opportunity for you! This exciting position is based in our Sutton Branch within the team as a Business Development Manager.

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you’ll know that listening is as important as talking. Identifying new opportunities and upselling to existing customers will involve building and enhancing relationships with us, offering recruitment services to new clients whilst managing profit potential.

As a Business Development Manager with KPI, you’ll be walking into a warm desk with warm leads that you’ll be able to pick up straight away.

The day of a Business Development Manager includes:

  1. Building new and effective relationships with new business clients
  2. Maintaining and growing market knowledge and the external recruitment market
  3. Identifying new client opportunities and negotiating fees
  4. Attending potential new client meetings
  5. Using professional platforms to grow your network
  6. Attending networking events
  7. Following the weekly sales cycle
