Qualifications

  • Demonstrable business development experience specifically in complex care delivered in the home.
  • Strong understanding of funding structures, commissioning processes, and contractual deliverables.
  • Proven success in building senior-level relationships and influencing decision-makers.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and resilience.
  • A balance of new business drive and account management excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ambitious growth targets in revenue and billable hours.
  • Develop and execute regional growth plans aligned with our wider Group strategy.
  • Build, nurture, and grow high-value relationships with ICBs/CCGs, Local Authorities, Case Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead on winning and retaining strategic contracts, working closely with our Contracts and Clinical teams.
  • Ensure every bid reflects our expertise in complex home-based care and our ability to stand out from the competition.
  • Act as a true partner to our Care in the Home division.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in complex care and / or Domiciliary Care to join our team and play a key role in driving this next stage of growth.

When you will be working:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver ambitious growth targets in revenue and billable hours
