Own your patch. Shape the gear. Be backed all the way.
We’re Striker, a proudly Aussie-owned original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that designs and builds mobile and modular crushing and screening equipment. Our machines are built for the world’s toughest conditions, and our reputation has been earned in the dirt, dust, and diesel of real work.
We’re not a reseller. We don’t just move iron. We design it, build it, hire it, support it, and constantly improve it based on what you, and our customers, tell us. That’s the Striker difference.
And now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s got the grit, the gear knowledge, and the get-up-and-go to take our machines into more yards, pits, quarries, and contracts across the country.
Building relationships that don’t end with a sale, this is long-game stuff
Working with miners, contractors, and quarry operators to solve real-world crushing challenges
Walking sites, understanding flow, feed, and fit, then recommending the right Striker setup
Backing your customers through installs, tweaks, and tough runs
Feeding insights straight from the field into our design and manufacturing team
Owning your sales pipeline, and delivering real value along the way
Can communicate with everyone from the plant operator to the GM
Isn’t afraid to get on site, boots on the ground, dust in the teeth
Is curious, driven, and backs their word with action
Wants to work with a local team
A trusted seat at the table
A tight-knit team that listens when you say “we can make this better”
A car, fuel card, and a bonus structure that rewards results
The satisfaction of selling gear you believe in, and seeing it work in the real world
A role where you’re not just closing deals, you’re shaping the future of our machines
