Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based - Kingston & Chessington

Up to £38,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with independent food market players, leveraging your curiosity and passion for food.
  • Develop tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
  • Drive growth and achieve profit targets, earning rewards for your success.
  • Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to provide insights and solutions aligned with the needs of the world's leading food wholesaler.
  • Achieve market goals with confidence and enthusiasm.

What we are looking for:

Ideally, you will have a background in Field Sales or a similar role, but this is not essential.

We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a positive impact by meeting targets.

Confidence in engaging with customers in the field is crucial, as the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business. While experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous, we will provide the necessary training for you to succeed.
