Join an Exciting Hospitality Tech Scale-Up Changing the Restaurant Game

We're working with a fast-growing SaaS company that's shaking up the restaurant tech space.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be on the ground in your region - prospecting, cold calling, setting face-to-face meetings, and converting restaurant and takeaway owners into long-term partners.

You'll be working in a highly entrepreneurial environment with tons of autonomy, driving new business in your area while being supported by offshore SDRs aligned to your pipeline. This is a field sales role where relationships matter, and every meeting has the potential to turn into a long-term client.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  1. Making 40+ outbound calls daily to generate and qualify leads
  2. Booking and attending face-to-face meetings in your territory (no later than 6 PM)
  3. Selling a full-suite tech product to independent restaurants and chains
  4. Partnering with offshore SDRs to support your outreach
  5. Managing your own pipeline and reporting activity through CRM
  6. Contributing feedback to GTM and pricing strategies as they evolve
  7. Attending occasional in-person team sessions and product training

What We're Looking For:

  1. 1-3 years of sales experience (field, B2B, B2C, door-to-door, etc.)
  2. Confident in cold calling and face-to-face relationship building
  3. Strong communicator and active listener - able to challenge and consult
  4. Experience selling to or working with SMEs
  5. Driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within your region
  6. Organised, driven, and eager to learn - startup grit is essential

Nice to Have:

  1. Hospitality industry experience or POS knowledge
  2. Worked in/with takeaways, restaurants, or food delivery businesses
  3. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365)

Perks & Benefits:

  1. £500/month car allowance
  2. Uncapped commission (paid monthly - not quarterly!)
  3. Work directly with seasoned sales leaders
  4. Clear path to Account Management or Senior Sales
  5. Full onboarding: 2 weeks of training + 3 months of shadowing
  6. Travel opportunities and flexibility
  7. Be part of a business with big ambitions - 10+ hires planned this year!
