What you’ll do

Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Respond to inbound enquiries and create tailored quotations.

Arrange and lead productive client meetings to understand and deliver their logistical needs.

Drive marketing initiatives across social media platforms to generate interest and leads.

Consistently meet and exceed sales and GP targets.

What we’re looking for

Proven success in Business Development within the freight forwarding industry (2-3 years’ experience minimum).

Strong background in Air / Road / Sea operations.

A track record of exceeding monthly GP targets.

Confident, persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator.

Self‑motivated, driven, and resilient-able to thrive under pressure and work independently.

Excellent organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
