Lively is a leading multidisciplinary work-for-hire game studio based in the UK. As part of the Keywords Studios family, we collaborate with some of the biggest and best game developers and publishers globally. With a team of 80 developers, we offer world-class full development, co-development, and live ops services and create original IP concepts. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This role offers the opportunity for frequent international travel to conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships within the gaming industry.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
6. Represent Lively at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, both domestically and internationally.
7. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the gaming industry.
2. Strong network of contacts and relationships with game developers, publishers, and other industry stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.
4. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and client meetings.
7. UK-based, with the flexibility to work remotely and independently as needed.
