Role & Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business, products, and explore new markets and geographies.
  2. Build relationships with new customers, accounts, and sales agents or channel partners.
  3. Support technical sales to utilities, industry sectors, renewable energy, and railway applications, including end-user approvals and qualifications.
  4. Promote engineering services to OEMs, EPCs, and end-users in protection, control, and switchgear engineering.
  5. Achieve marketing KPIs and seek continuous improvement for non-core business sectors.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with senior managers, customers, channel partners, and prospects.
  7. Coordinate with sales, operations, contracts, projects, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and contract closure.
  8. Create effective communication and growth review mechanisms across UK and India teams to drive synergy.
  9. Enhance customer response times and improve conversion rates from leads to orders.
  10. Proactively generate leads through sales, marketing, and business development activities.
  11. Expand market presence domestically and internationally.
  12. Develop new customer relationships and promote joint interests.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the protection and switchgear industry
  • Proven ability to develop new business within the UK transmission and distribution market
