A reputable logistics company in Tyseley is seeking a Business Development Manager who is ambitious and ready to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transport sector, and strong relationship-building skills. This position offers a base salary between £45,000 - £55,000, a bonus scheme, and a hybrid working model with travel required.

The role will report into the National Sales Director and work closely with the local General Managers to facilitate and expand the customer portfolios across Haulage & Network Customers.
