Business Development Manager

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a fast-paced, opportunity-rich territory covering Kent & South East. Selling into a wide range of SMEs, you’ll offer high-performance national and international parcel delivery solutions backed by best-in-class tracking, technology, and operational support.

As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be new business – running the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. With full autonomy over your region, you’ll be booking and attending 10+ meetings per week. You’ll be working with key decision-makers, including Heads of Operations and Directors, delivering tailored solutions that solve real commercial challenges.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on momentum, and takes pride in building relationships that stick. You’ll be joining a high-energy team that values effort, collaboration, and commercial results.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role:

  • At least 2 years of B2B new business sales experience (logistics experience preferred)
  • Full 360 sales cycle experience – from prospecting to closing
  • Able to sell into SMEs with a solution-led approach
  • Strong communicator, motivated by targets and progress
  • Energetic, driven, and proactive in building your pipeline

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic salary: £45K-£47K
