Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Tipton. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, preparing business plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and overseeing sales pipelines to meet targets. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and production departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
