Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new business across the West Midlands. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role involves targeting all market sectors within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver new business sales aligned with company capabilities.
  2. Manage existing clients and strengthen relationships.
  3. Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly.
  4. Cross-sell to existing and new customers across all sites.
  5. Achieve new business targets and manage accounts.
  6. Plan and oversee new market initiatives.
  7. Develop team goals for growth.
Person Specification

Ideal candidates will have proven success in sales roles, preferably within the packaging industry, such as heavy-duty or timber packaging, but applications from other sectors like supplies, flexible packaging, or cartons are also considered.
