Job title: Business Development Manager

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm. Overtime as required

Accountable to: Managing Director / Head of Client Services

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our core sectors, targeting new accounts, reactivating dormant leads, and nurturing long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, outward-facing role for a confident communicator who understands the value of detail, delivery and creative thinking.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and win new business across exhibitions, brand experiences, interiors and events
  • Proactively generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead initial client conversations, working with internal teams to scope and pitch creative responses
  • Develop relationships with key marketing, procurement and agency decision-makers
  • Attend trade shows, networking events and industry meetups as a brand ambassador
  • Work closely with the Creative, Technical and Project teams to ensure client needs are understood and met
  • Report weekly activity and sales performance to leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident business developer with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in creative or built environments
  • Proven success building and converting pipelines (ideally in exhibitions, interiors, live events or creative production)
  • Strong communication skills – both written and face-to-face
  • Highly self-motivated with a natural ability to open doors and spot opportunities
  • A good eye for detail, with an understanding of how great design and solid delivery build trust
  • Ability to travel across the UK and occasionally into Europe for meetings and pitches
