Business Development Manager – Growth Consultancy – London (Hybrid)

Are you a Business Development Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic and fast-growing Business Growth Consultancy that partners with ambitious brands to unlock growth opportunities across digital and tech. This forward-thinking agency prides itself on its entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative culture, and results-driven approach. They’re now on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Manager to join their London-based team and drive their next phase of expansion.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives and nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for building a robust pipeline, leveraging your network, and identifying new opportunities that align with the agency’s strategic goals. Working closely with the delivery team, you'll help convert leads into long-term partnerships while contributing to account growth.

  • Develop and execute a compelling new business strategy informed by market insight and previous success
  • Leverage your professional network to generate high-quality leads
  • Attend networking and industry events to represent the consultancy and forge new connections
  • Work alongside the delivery team to nurture leads and grow strategic accounts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and news to identify fresh opportunities
  • Keep detailed records in the CRM and regularly report on pipeline performance and KPIs

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3+ years in a business development or sales role within a digital or tech environment
  • Proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship builder with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary: £40K DOE + commission

Location: London (Hybrid)
