THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful BDM will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings – ITU, theatre, pathology, A&E and CT and dealing with IV nurses, matrons, consultants, anaesthetists and other key decision makers. Lots of growth will come from existing accounts as well as new ones and the beauty of this opportunity is the ability to reach out to multiple new arenas within each account. Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have field-based business to business sales experience for a minimum of 18 months and be commercially aware and new business-focussed sales professionals who are happy to cold call and close. A degree will enhance your application, as will some medical sales experience.

The Package for BDM:

· Basic: £35,000 to £45,000 ( depending on experience )

· Commission: £23,000+ uncapped

· Car: £625 per month car allowance and generous mileage
