Salary: £41,374 - £44,259 | Based in Thamesmead with hybrid working available

The Role

Greenwich Service Plus Ltd (GSP) is a provider of bespoke, high-quality service solutions for businesses and schools, including ICT, facilities management, integrated services, and fleet maintenance. Owned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, GSP aims to make a positive impact on its customers and community.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure new opportunities, and develop commercial strategies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization focused on sustainable business development.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Development, you will identify, secure, and manage new commercial opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and shape marketing strategies for long-term success.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or relationship/account management
• Ability to secure contracts, manage tenders, and engage stakeholders
• Understanding of public sector frameworks and compliance
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
