Role And Responsibilities
To maximise the company's market position and sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals with new customers.

Sales
- Prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships that generate profitable growth.
- Manage final commercial and contract negotiations with Plant/Regional Sales and Commercial Directors for major deals.
- Maintain market platforms and report monthly sales dashboards, new business success, and new product or service sales.
- Assist in building Value-Added Proposals for potential new customers.
- Participate as an executive member in sales meetings.
- Define the annual sales budget for the assigned market.
- Follow and uphold the Group's Management System related to sales and commercial activities.
Sales System
- Implement daily sales activities according to the company's manual.
- Comply with communication and reporting procedures within the commercial & marketing organization, utilizing business information systems for reliable reporting.
Innovation
- Develop customer-driven projects in coordination with the innovation community to positively impact activity performance.
- Maintain relations with the National Development Center (NDC) and report innovation needs.
Sales Team Capabilities
- Lead induction training for new sales team members in the assigned market.
- Participate in personal training and support new initiatives, reporting skills that need reinforcement.
Marketing
- Understand the competitive landscape including performance, features, pricing, and trends of potential customers to aid in defining tailored Value Added Proposals.
Qualifications And Knowledge
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or technical area
- 3-5 years of sales management experience in industrial consumer goods sectors
- 2 years managing sales teams or National Accounts
- Specialised training in relevant functions
- Master in Sales / Marketing
- Knowledge of micro-economics (balance sheet, P&L)
- Proficiency in computing
- Sales and Negotiation Techniques
