Your duties and responsibilities will be- Support and deliver the business development strategy in line with strategic business objectives.
- Strengthen client relationships and establish new connections to expand market presence.
- Promote capabilities and uphold its image of professionalism and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement capture plans and horizon scanning strategies across current and target markets.
- Maintain effective systems for monitoring business development activity and generating accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent at relevant industry events, both nationally and internationally.
- Produce and deliver compelling presentations and proposal content.
- Contribute to marketing activities including brochures, digital platforms, and social media.
- Support the timely completion of EOIs, RFQs, proposals, and commercial evaluations.
- Engage with and support social impact and community strategies.
You will have the following qualifications & experience- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales within the Defence and/or Nuclear sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
- Experience with full tendering processes and strategic capture planning.
- High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Capable of managing the full lifecycle from RFQ through to project delivery.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
