Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established developer delivering bespoke high-end residential projects in Nottingham. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building key relationships, and growing the business. Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary £55,000–£65,000 (DOE) plus £5,000 car allowance, 25 days' annual leave. Minimum 5 years in BD within bespoke new-build housing or similar construction sector; strong

We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established developer specialising in high-end bespoke residential projects.

This is an office-based role, suited to someone with a strong background in business development within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction/sector. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships and helping to grow the business.

The Role

About You
