Overview

Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping business strategy and securing new opportunities.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll focus on identifying and developing new business across the region, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities
  • Driving initiatives to deliver growth and revenue in line with the company\'s strategic objectives
  • Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across new and existing clients
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting and managing business development pipelines, including CRM updates and reporting
  • Planning and delivering campaigns, seminars, webinars, and networking events
  • Collaborating with marketing and PR teams to maximise campaign impact
What we\'re looking for
