Job Description:

This is a Business Development Manager position within a rapidly growing, family-run organization in the accommodation & renewable site energy sector. The company is investing heavily in new equipment for 2025/26 and expanding its depots across the UK, offering an excellent working culture and career development opportunities. The role involves managing existing clients and developing new relationships across the southern East Midlands and Northern Home Counties, focusing on temporary site accommodation and renewable energy solutions for the construction sector.

The successful candidate will be structured, experienced in the hire industry, and skilled in relationship building within the temporary accommodation and welfare sector. They will work closely with internal teams supporting sales efforts and will be responsible for securing hire business from site decision-makers and regional procurement teams.

Candidate requirements:

• Field sales experience in temporary accommodation, plant hire, or welfare sectors
• Experience selling to site and head office decision-makers
• Organized, strategic, and consultative sales approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Clean driving license

Salary: £45k-£55k DOE + 20-25% OTE (Year 1), BMW Hybrid Car, pension, 25 days holiday, iPad, Phone, Laptop
