Business Development Manager

The Role:
A brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s leading providers of fuel and fleet management solutions. This is a full-time, permanent field-based role covering Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You’ll be selling a range of high-impact products including telematics tracking systems, DBS alarms, fuel usage monitoring, and 360-degree camera solutions – predominantly into the logistics space.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be handed a blank canvas to make the territory your own. Supported by a team of Business Development Executives supplying leads, you’ll also be expected to self-generate opportunities and drive new business from scratch. The sales process is consultative, and you’ll need to uncover client needs, upsell effectively, and close deals confidently.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on independence, knows how to build long-term relationships, and understands the pace and pressure of field sales.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role:
* Minimum of 2 years’ B2B field sales experience
