LendInvest, the UK’s leading property finance platform, is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the North West. You will engage with brokers, manage a postcode-based panel, and build a high-quality pipeline of repeat introducers for Buy-to-Let, Residential, Bridging and Development products.
You’ll collaborate with internal sales and marketing to qualify leads, support brokers through the application journey, and help close deals.
LendInvest is the UK’s leading FinTech platform for property finance. Over the past 18 years, we have grown from just our two founders to a team of over 200 working to make property finance simple for everyone.
A workplace culture built around trying new things, getting things done, and having fun while we do it has helped us lend more than £9 billion of mortgages, put thousands of new or improved homes into the UK housing market, and successfully launch on the London Stock Exchange. We have big plans to continue growing the business, our products, our technology, and our people.
The Business Development team at LendInvest is the face of the business to the Intermediary market, and we’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager to focus specifically on the North West region. In this role, you’ll engage with brokers, both directly authorised and appointed representatives, across the region, including those affiliated with clubs and networks.
Your mission will be to work with our existing broker network, as well as increase awareness of the LendInvest brand and product suite across the North West, driving new mortgage business through strong, consultative relationships. You’ll manage a panel of brokers, sourced and allocated by postcode, and work to build a high-quality pipeline of repeat introducers. The role requires both product knowledge and the ability to educate intermediaries on how to work with us effectively.
You’ll be the key point of contact for brokers across our full product set; Buy-to-Let, Specialist Residential, and Bridging Finance, confidently presenting our proposition, guiding them through our application processes, and ultimately helping them close deals.
