Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team in South East England.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor sales performance, adapt strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively represent the business.
Track and report on business development activities, sharing client feedback to inform improvements.
Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within the plant hire or construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.
IT literate with solid computer skills.
Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
Good knowledge of the South East England region.
