Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team in South East England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Monitor sales performance, adapt strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively represent the business.

  • Track and report on business development activities, sharing client feedback to inform improvements.

What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within the plant hire or construction industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.

  • IT literate with solid computer skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

  • Good knowledge of the South East England region.
