  3. Experience in the observability/monitoring space is highly desirable
  4. Understanding of how MSPs operate and the value they add to their customers
  5. Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
  6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their go-to-market partner programmes
