We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Business Development Manager to grow our corporate sales market within our event spaces. This role will focus on driving incremental event revenue by developing relationships with corporate clients & key decision makers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing key relationships from within our existing client base as well as prospecting new audiences, converting these relationships into bookings and events driving revenue and profit, all while providing excellent customer service and after care throughout.

ABOUT YOU
Sales & business development expertise: Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector at management level.
Industry background: Must have experience within high-end hospitality brands.
Extensive industry network: Possesses strong business relationships across the London hospitality scene.
Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Executive collaboration: Confident in managing up and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders and ownership.
Proactive: A strategic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Local market knowledge: Strong understanding of London's hospitality landscape and key growth areas.
Proven track record of securing and growing corporate accounts (e.g., PAs, EAs, Office Managers, HR, Agencies).
Strong understanding of B2B event sales, CRM management, and London's corporate landscape.
Passion for hospitality and customer engagement.
