About the Role

CCI would like to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager within our Digital Solutions Team who is hungry to drive the growth of our business through a focus on new business.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the Digital Solutions team at CACI LTD. CACI helps clients transform their businesses using data and technology so that they are ready for the challenges of today and tomorrow.

As a business unit, we are invested in growing our team (currently around 150) with passionate, motivated, and driven individuals who help in the design, build, and operation of complex cloud, digital, and data platforms for some of the UK’s leading public and private sector organizations. These include Walgreens Boots Alliance, Police Digital Service, Home Office, National Records of Scotland, and Network Rail.

We are passionate about delivering excellent outcomes to our clients and proud of our long-term engagements in both ongoing project delivery and service management.

Digital Solutions is innovative — our Digital Forensics Laboratory, launched in 2022, is a prime example and is now fully accredited.

What Actions and Challenges Await

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Solutions team at CACI. We have excellent client relationships and provide experienced teams to:

  • Deliver new capabilities and functionalities (e.g., the new ScotlandsPeople website for National Records of Scotland)
  • Create, manage, and support secure cloud platforms (Network Rail, Ministry of Justice)
  • Provide ongoing development and operational support (using tools like MS Dynamics and Adobe Experience Manager) for a global car manufacturer
  • Manage and transform legacy applications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships at senior levels (CMO, CIO, CTO)
  • Forecast sales and revenue accurately
  • Conduct research and understand business issues
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand brand activities
  • Pitch CACI’s key services effectively
  • Handle objections and negotiate (including legal aspects)
  • Coordinate with marketing for upcoming activities and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales and delivery) for meetings, pitches, and QBRs
  • Develop clear plans to achieve goals and targets
