EPAM is looking for a hybrid Business Development Manager to join our sales team in London. You will be responsible for driving continued growth across a number of our core verticals in the UK market by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams, as well as partners in the region.
Your role is that of a skillful originator and coordinator who organizes meetings and follow-up steps that bring together prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists, and delivery experts—the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Drive all sales and marketing activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share knowledge.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs by serving as a liaison to Business Units, sales, partners, and executive teams.
- Work with the cloud vendor to identify opportunities and joint target accounts.
- Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews.
- Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare, and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM's value proposition as a trusted systems integrator.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in all aspects of the sales lifecycle.
- Relationship and network building: you thrive on meeting people and networking.
- Experience with selling software and IT services is desirable.
- Solutions selling skills and success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships.
- Effective communication across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience selling IT services into Energy/Utilities, Supply Chain & Distribution, Gaming, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
