Your role and primary responsibilities

As one of the leading providers of AI-driven investment strategies in Europe, we offer a dynamic environment in one of the most trendsetting industries and the opportunity to substantially shape the success of MDOTM.

Your tasks will include:

  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  3. Follow the business development process to win new business.
  4. Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing the value and benefits of Sphere.
  5. Tailor pitch and presentations to address customer specific pain points and needs.
  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  7. Meet quarterly sales objectives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Skills required:

  1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or International relations.
  2. Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
  3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; another European language is a plus.
  4. Strong work ethic and integrity.
  5. A motivated self-starter and a strong problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and exceed set business goals.
