About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager in HR SaaS Technology to join our growing Sales team at ECA International. As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving new logo wins.

Your knack for spotting market trends, analysing competitive environments, and tailoring our services to satisfy client demands will be pivotal for your success in this position. Additionally, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a wide array of clients across multiple industries, enriching your understanding of diverse business landscapes and their unique challenges. By harnessing this insight, you will be empowered to strategically position our company as a trusted partner and customise our solutions to cater to the distinct requirements of each client in the global mobility and business travel arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunity including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers – or new ways of reaching existing markets within global mobility and business travel and compliance
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Meet clients face to face.
  • Understand the needs of our clients and be able to respond effectively with a solution focussed approach.
  • Have a good understanding of our products and services and be able to advise our clients accordingly.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years proven track record in driving business growth and generating revenue through successful business development or sales roles with a strong emphasis on results and tangible outcomes.
  • Ideally experience and deep understanding of the global mobility industry, including industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs would be desirable or an HR SaaS Technology environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Highly adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues, fostering long-term partnerships and collaboration.
  • Outstanding drive and the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans to super-charge business growth.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations, consistently delivering outstanding performance and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to drive collective success.
  • Proficiency in utilising CRM platforms, such as Hubspot and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to leverage technology and data to drive effective sales and business development outcomes.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required, both domestically and internationally, to effectively engage with clients, partners, and industry events.
