All Star Lanes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and drive pre-booked sales and footfall. This is a brand-new, high-impact role focused on new business development.

Location: Hybrid (London-based, with venue & client meetings, one office day per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, third-party agents, and key travel trade partners.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop strong connections within London's corporate sector and local business community to drive footfall and repeat bookings.
  3. Targeted Sales Strategy: Focus on high-value bookings for exclusive hires, venue takeovers, and unique events.
  4. Showcasing All Star Lanes: Host FAM trips, site visits, and industry showcases to attract new clients and solidify our market presence.
  5. Strategic Account Management: Maximize revenue from repeat bookers and key accounts, ensuring long-term success.
  6. Bespoke Proposals & Negotiations: Craft tailored event packages and negotiate contract terms to secure the best deals for the business.
  7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of trends and contribute to sales meetings with insights that keep All Star Lanes at the top of its game.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. A proven track record of proactive sales experience in hospitality, events, or leisure.
  2. A strong personal network of corporate and tourism industry contacts.
  3. A self-starter mindset - able to hit the ground running and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Outstanding relationship-building skills with decision-makers in corporate firms, local businesses, and travel trade.
  5. Confidence in negotiating and closing deals that drive revenue.
  6. An energetic, go-getter attitude - you live for the hustle and love smashing sales targets.
  7. Familiarity with competitive socialising or entertainment venues is a plus!
