The Role: As our Wealth Business Development Manager for the Midlands region, you'll be a key member of the sales team focused on developing new business opportunities with both new and existing financial advice and wealth management clients. Your primary goal will be increasing the funds under management within our managed portfolios, multi-asset funds, and wealth platform.

You will build meaningful, trust-based, consultative relationships with clients, conducting regular face-to-face and remote meetings to increase awareness of our business, products, and services, as well as developing cross-selling opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads.
  • Support planning and delivery of business targets.
  • Grow funds under management by developing relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally.
  • Schedule and conduct training sessions with intermediary clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals and marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategic development.
  • Build trusted relationships within the team to exceed client expectations.
  • Adhere to risk and compliance policies to maintain the company's integrity and culture.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
