About You

Whether you're an experienced BDM looking for a new opportunity, or at the start of your sales career looking to step into a role with more responsibility, we have a training and development path in place to develop a successful future with us and we are open to applications at a range of levels.

The Role:

  • You will identify and develop new business opportunities and promote and sell Toshiba’s products and services
  • You will demonstrate and undertake lead generation activities
  • Develop new business opportunities whilst managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Work closely with clients, establishing and developing relationships, and guiding them through Toshiba’s products and services
  • Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams, liaising with operations and other stakeholders to ensure excellent level of customer service
  • Report and forecast regional sales pipeline/achievements to the Head of Direct Sales
  • Be visible and interactive with current and new customers
  • Remain up to date with market changes and competitor activity while delivering sales initiative and campaigns

What you will have to succeed:

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/ new business development
  • Highly confident in presenting to customers as well as your colleagues
  • A proven track record generating new business, preferably in a similar industry
  • An understanding of how software and hardware work together
  • The ability to offer tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients
  • You will specialise in document printing and information technology solutions to drive sales growth and new customer acquisition

You will support the success of a wider company strategy, shape, lead and execute our sales plan. You will lead with innovative solutions and influence at all levels. You will be comfortable working with our professional services, operations and finance teams and take our brand and your profile to the next level!

Salary between £35,000 - £45,000.

One of the best, uncapped commission structures in the market with OTE earnings of over £80k.
