A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a growing team in a Central London bar. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results through meaningful partnerships and pre-booked sales.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll take the lead on growing pre-booked business, developing commercial relationships, and creating new sales opportunities across a range of events and experiences. You'll play a key part in achieving revenue targets and ensuring long-term success through strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses
  • Raise awareness of the brand and offering through outreach and networking
  • Coordinate internal and external events to drive sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align activity with commercial goals
  • Track and report on performance against KPIs
