Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits
2. Identify potential suspects and convert them into prospects
3. Profile customers
4. Demonstrate and present the company's products
5. Hunt for new business opportunities
6. Manage and grow existing client relationships
7. Manage the sales leads program
8. Maintain accurate sales records
9. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
10. Review sales performance
11. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
12. Work towards monthly or annual sales targets

Requirements:

• Field sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Ability to sell all products, including air and ocean exports and imports
• Experience in selling to target markets, such as specific lanes, or adaptability to new markets
• Sales record from the last three years, specific to products and lanes
• Details of current product verticals
• Strong field sales experience
