Do you thrive on building relationships and closing deals in a sector that protects what matters most? Were a growing business in the security industry with a real family feel and were on the lookout for a confident and experienced Business Development Manager to join our close-knit team. As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key part in helping us increase turnover and secure exciting new client accounts.

What will you be doing as a Business Development Manager?
  • Generating new business and identifying fresh opportunities
  • Building relationships and nurturing a strong customer pipeline
  • Selling security solutions including Intruder Management, Access Control, and CCTV
  • Representing the business with professionalism, personality, and a strong commercial mindset

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a similar Business Development, Field Sales or Account Management role would be desirable
  • Approx 5-10 years of experience in the security systems sector
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and winning business
  • People-focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Is happy to be security screened to BS7858 standards
