What you’ll be doing:
  • Scope out, hunt, and seal deals with new independent business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Cultivate strong connections with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie.
  • Create bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money.
  • Drive growth by hitting profit targets and being rewarded accordingly.
  • Onboard new clients with professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to provide the hottest solutions and insights from the world's biggest food wholesaler.
  • Achieve market goals with enthusiasm and expertise.
What we are looking for:

Ideally, you’ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, but this isn’t essential.

We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to make a difference by delivering against targets.

Customer focus is key, so confidence in field-based roles is essential.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
