What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects in your target market
  • Develop compelling value propositions and uncover unmet customer needs
  • Use research and insight to drive conversations and shape proposals
  • Engage stakeholders across the customer buying team to build consensus
  • Create targeted outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
  • Coordinate internal subject matter experts to support your sales efforts
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution-focused presentations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records via CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of new business development and B2B sales success
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to explain both technical and non-technical concepts clearly
  • Strategic, commercially aware, and focused on customer value
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in technical or software sales is advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training available)
  • Ability to develop and execute structured business development plans
