Main Purpose of the Role

• Develop opportunities for the supply and installation of integrated security and control systems in the commercial property sector.
• Convert internally generated enquiries in the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) sector.

Position in Organisation

• Reports to: CEO
• Liaises with: Sales team, Technical Support Engineers, Operations Director, Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Team Manager
• Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) + Commission
• Option for company car or car allowance

Main Responsibilities

• Win new business and develop new customers
• Prepare and deliver proposals
• Conduct on-site technical surveys
• Issue quotations and contract paperwork
• Manage quote bank and reporting
• Key account management
• Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion
• Deliver customer presentations
• Minimise credit disputes through clear communication
• Liaise with suppliers
• Cross-sell products and services
• Stay updated on relevant technologies
• Support quality initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001, NSi Gold)
