Job description

A leading dental manufacturer is seeking a Dental Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities across the South East. The role involves engaging prospective clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the handover to the sales team for long-term account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound calls, digital outreach, and social selling.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Generate quotes and close sales where possible, or set up qualified meetings for the field sales team.
  4. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless lead handover.
  5. Support team development through coaching, onboarding, and mentoring.
  6. Assist with temporary territory coverage as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and digital outreach skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, quoting tools, and other digital platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Degree preferred; experience supporting growth in dental practices is a plus.
