Kepler Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our UK and European new‑business efforts, working closely with the Managing Director to keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
You will source new pitch opportunities, manage relationships with media consultants, join intro calls, and help coordinate RFI/RFP responses and high‑quality sales materials, while benefiting from hybrid London working.
Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalised and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients' agency of record, as their in‑house team, or some hybrid of the two - and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.
The Business Development Manager role supports Kepler's new business efforts across the UK and Europe, working closely with the Managing Director to support new client acquisition. It is an execution-focused role: keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date, leading partnership development with relevant clients and intermediaries, supporting pitch and RFP activity and producing high‑quality sales materials. The role does not carry ownership of BD strategy, revenue target or team management - these sit with more senior members of the UK Central Team and there is the opportunity to develop working relationships and benefit from the support of the US Business Development team.
Our London office is based in Farringdon with a hybrid office-based and home working policy currently in place. This is a role designed for a candidate with previous work experience. In your cover letter, please detail your past pitch contributions, why you are interested in working at Kepler, and what you can bring to the role.
Our compensation strategy is designed to attract, reward, and retain the talented employees that drive Kepler's growth and success. We aim to offer competitive direct compensation that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their well‑being.
This role offers a salary of £50,000 per annum.
