Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth across retail brands and marketing departments. Based in Surrey with hybrid working, you will identify opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts and lead pitches to win new business.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, negotiate effectively and work with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling POS, print and display solutions. This role offers progression and a clear commission path.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management role
• Experience selling POS, visual merchandising, print, retail graphics, display solutions or similar services
• Proven track record of generating and winning new business
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach
• Full UK driving licence

Salary and Compensation

• £30,000 - £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission

• Minimum 1 Day Per Week in the Office
