Our client is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager with a genuine passion for DE&I and Gender Equity to join their team in London. This an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and brings strong knowledge of DE&I and L&D practices, combined with experience in the HR, Tech or Consultancy sectors.

As Business Development Manager, you\'ll be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our product can make a real difference. You\'ll guide them through every stage of the process, from initial conversation to successful onboarding.
Day-to-day, you\'ll identify and engage prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery calls to uncover challenges in L&D, DE&I, or productivity, and work closely with the delivery team to support proposals, quotes, and onboarding. Your focus will be on helping the business achieve ambitious growth targets, always without compromising on quality or care.
We\'re looking someone with a B2B background and experience in HR, Tech, or Consultancy, who also has a genuine passion and strong understanding of L&D and DE&I initiatives. Whether gained through hands-on involvement or by successfully selling into these sectors.
You'll be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships. This role is ideal for someone with senior sales experience, skilled at recommending the right services and solutions based on a deep understand of customer needs.
You'll also have experience using workplace tools, platforms, or coaching solutions, and be confident working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, keeping everything organised and up to date.
