Who you are

The role is best suited for someone with previous experience in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a working technical knowledge of each area of the business to ensure they can accurately sell our business solutions to prospects and clients.

The successful candidate can hit the ground running and will be enthusiastic, positive, dedicated, and willing to work hard.

What you’ll do

This role involves building and maintaining an ongoing sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets with new business. You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.

You will work closely with our Commercial Manager and Business Development Manager to generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

Your day-to-day

  • Cold call potential customers and build relationships
  • Maintain high levels of communication with current and prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and sell products accordingly
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Arrange meetings, workshops, and demonstrations with clients
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and provide information
  • Research market sectors and identify potential target customers
  • Analyze business aspects across departments and seek growth opportunities
  • Write reports, store data in CRM, and update spreadsheets
  • Fulfill business deal requirements and obligations
  • Network with related businesses to foster B2B relationships
  • Create proposal documents aligned with company branding
  • Participate in creative discussions and strategic planning
  • Ensure proper time tracking and task management

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Expertise in pipeline management
  • Ability to handle increasing targets, both financial and metric-based
  • Drive and manage new business opportunities
